CNAME for www subdomain not working

I have external domain set up with custom DNS setting for genfitx.com, with cname added for www to direct to root. I constantly run against ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED.

Please help.

The DNS setting for https://genfitx.com/ is not managed by netlify.
