Hi Netlify Support,
I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain.
Site name: comfy-cascaron-3098e8.netlify.app
Custom domain: flowsystemsfamily.com (also www.flowsystemsfamily.com)
DNS provider: External (Squarespace, domain migrated from Google Domains)
DNS records configured:
- A record @ → 75.2.60.5
- CNAME www → comfy-cascaron-3098e8.netlify.app
DNS verification completes successfully and both domains show as verified in my Domain management panel. However, when I click “Provision certificate,” I receive this error:
“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”
I’ve retried this multiple times with no changes to DNS between attempts, same result each time. It appears there may be a stale or stuck certificate record on the backend for this domain. Could you please clear/reset the existing certificate state so I can provision a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate?
Thank you for your help.
