As you see we can access the site successfully with above address but with below one SSL certificate error occurs.
I saw it takes some time to get it work, but I already waited for about 12h and the problem still not solved.
I connected netlify DNS once and disconnected it after a while, that might be possible cause.
Can you take a look at my problem? Thanks in advance.
Your site appears to load fine. Are you seeing this issue?
Can you try the address in secret mode or another device? I wonder why the link at here works.

I tested the site https://blog.dogmadevs.com/ and it is resolving okay for me as well 
Can you share a screenshot of the error you’re seeing please

For language issue - It’s error code is NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID.
I just tested my site and it worked, maybe there was some delay for changes applied.
