Can't use domain ampmanual.com.br – stuck in another team’s DNS

Hello Netlify team,

I’m trying to use the domain ampmanual.com.br on a new Netlify site, but I’m getting this message:

ampmanual.com.br or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.

I no longer have access to the previous site or account.

To verify ownership, I have added the following DNS TXT record:

  • Name: verified-for-netlify
  • Value: [link to this post]
  • TTL: 3600

Please remove the domain from the other team so I can reuse it on my current Netlify account.

PS. I deleted the email, website, and netlify group/account but forgot to remove the domain from the old account.

Go to https://www.netlify.com/support/
For ‘What kind of help do you need?’
Select ‘Another site is using this domain’

Then provide the relevant details, (and perhaps a link back to this thread).

Netlify’s team will then respond to you via email.
