Can't get webmail to sync with Netlify

I’m using Bluehost but have successfully redirected to Netlify to host. However now my email from Bluehost webmail isn’t sending/receiving anything and I have updated the DNS records on Netlify’s end. Is there anything I should do or check to fix this issue?

I have updated the A and MX records, but they aren’t showing up on DNS checker either.

Hi, @genghishan. Please note that Netlify can only troubleshoot the DNS side of this. We cannot troubleshoot the email service itself as we cannot access those system to debug them. The only thing Netlify can do is to debug the DNS service we provide.

You have not told us what, if anything, is not working with Netlify DNS. I did test all DNS records found here:

All DNS records are working correctly. Please note, that is not to say that the DNS record are entered correctly into Netlify DNS. We do not know what the correct DNS records are for your email service. We need you to tell us that. All I can say is that all records in Netlify return the correct responses when tested.

Again, I can see all DNS records which are entered into Netlify DNS are returning exactly the records that were entered. If a DNS record was entered incorrectly, we need you to tell us which one is wrong and what the correct value should be. If you do so, we can tell you how to create the required DNS record in Netlify DNS.

However, if all records are correct and email is still not working, then only the technical support of the email service will be able to troubleshoot that issue. Please contact the email service tech support if you are trying to debug the email service. We can only assist with the DNS records themselves and they all work correctly at this time.
