Cannot upgrade to paid account

Hello.

I’m trying to upgrade my free account to paid, but in the payment window I get an error about failing to validate the address. I know the address information entered is correct because I use it all the time for other online purchases. I’m in Canada, so I’m not sure if that’s a factor. Could you check and advise?
