Cannot provision Let's Encrypt certificate — Netlify DNS, Let's Debug All OK, no CAA/AAAA records

Issue

I cannot provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain blowiek.com. The error message reads: “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”

What I’ve checked

  • :white_check_mark: Both blowiek.com and www.blowiek.com show Netlify DNS with a green checkmark in Domain management
  • :white_check_mark: No CAA records found on dnschecker.org — Let’s Encrypt is not blocked
  • :white_check_mark: No AAAA (IPv6) records found — no IPv6 conflicts
  • :white_check_mark: Let’s Debug returns “All OK!” for blowiek.com using HTTP-01
  • :white_check_mark: Cloudflare proxy (orange cloud) has been disabled for all records pointing to Netlify — all are set to DNS only

What I’ve tried

  • Clicking “Verify DNS configuration” multiple times
  • Waiting for DNS propagation

Despite all checks passing, the certificate still fails to provision. Could someone help or manually trigger the certificate provisioning? Thank you!
