Team: Excel (excel-t3jm0oi), Free plan. Project: excelconnectconsultingpvtltd.
I am trying to attach my custom domain excelconnectconsulting.com (and www) to this project. In Domain management > Add a domain, I enter the domain and Verify returns “excelconnectconsulting.com found! … pending DNS verification”. But clicking “Add domain” just resets the form and the domain is never added (it does not appear under Production domains, and HTTPS says “a custom domain is required”).
My DNS already points to Netlify: apex @ A record to 75.2.60.5, and www CNAME to excelconnectconsultingpvtltd.netlify.app. The domain does not appear attached under any of my projects’ Domain management.
The site files are correct (every page loads on excelconnectconsultingpvtltd.netlify.app), but https://excelconnectconsulting.com/service-oracle-hcm.html returns 404 because the domain is not bound to the project.
Please either (a) tell me which Netlify site/account currently holds excelconnectconsulting.com so I can release it, or (b) attach it to the excelconnectconsultingpvtltd project. Thank you.
