We are trying to add our gerdasecurity.co.uk domain name to the below site, however when trying to add the domain name it is reporting that the gerdasecurity.co.uk domain name has already been added to another site which we have no knowledge of and need to gain access to remove or deactivate it?
site name is : gerda-v2.netlify.app
The new site above is being created by web developers for us, but they cannot add the domain, to above site as it is reporting already registered
