Apologies if I’m missing something, but I’m unable to add my new domain (registered with Porkbun) without switching to Netlify DNS, which I don’t want to do. While the documentation I’ve found shows the “Domain Management” menu and resulting instructions to either use or not use Netlify DNS, the menu I see is “Domains”, which only has the option to add to Netlify DNS. Please help.
To add this domain without using Netlify DNS, navigate directly to the site you wish to use it on and add the domain on the domain management page.
I’ve added these two records in Porkbun. Are they correct and is that all I need to do? There is no configuration required in Netlify?
Once you add the domain to the site at Netlify you’ll be all set
This goes back to my original question - I don’t see how to add the domain to Netlify without using the Netlify DNS. When I click on Domains, I see the screenshots above. I apologize as this is the first website I’m working on. Could you please be more specific?
Navigate to the site > domain management > add a domain > add a domain you already own.
