Bing não consegue aceder à homepage do site (erro 404 na indexação)

Olá,

O meu site https://travessia.online está corretamente publicado, acessível a partir de qualquer navegador e com os ficheiros robots.txt e sitemap.xml devidamente configurados.

No entanto, quando tento a indexação da homepage através do Bing Webmaster Tools, recebo constantemente o seguinte erro:

:red_exclamation_mark: “Não foi possível obter esta página. Verifique a situação com a sua equipa técnica e empresa de alojamento na Web.”

O site está a funcionar bem, mas o Bing falha sistematicamente no acesso à página principal — impedindo a indexação, mesmo após múltiplos testes e pedidos manuais.

Preciso da vossa ajuda para verificar se existe alguma restrição de servidor, limitação do user-agent ou mecanismo de segurança que esteja a impedir o Bingbot de aceder corretamente ao site.

Agradeço desde já qualquer orientação ou solução que possam oferecer.

I do see Bing bots getting 200 status responses for this site. I do see Bing getting 404 responses for some URLs but the URLs I check are 404s for everyone, not just Bing. For example:

If there is some URL that is returning a 404 status for Bing but should not be doing so, please let us know which URL that is happening for.

Thank you for your message. The URL [https://travessia.online/travessia](https://travessia.online/travessia) does not exist on my site. That path belonged to a completely different project — a sales website that used this domain before I purchased it in 2025. Since acquiring the domain, I have never had such a folder or page in my project.

Therefore, the 404 status for that URL is correct and expected. If Bing is still trying to crawl it, this must come from outdated references to the previous website.

If you detect any URLs that should belong to the current site but are returning 404 specifically for Bing, please share them so I can investigate further.
