Asking to verify the TXT record

I cannot add custom domain, and got this message.
Another site is already using this domain

netlify site name: key2max.netlify.app

custom domain : www.key2max.com (purchased at gabia)

I added TXT (verified-for-netlify) to this domain’s DNS setting.
I have no other DNS setting for this custom domain.

pls, help me to add this custom domain at Nelify.

I already talked with Nelify support like following link.

The record you added is not that outlined in [Support Guide] "another site is using this domain" Verifying domain ownership for Netlify production domain

You’ve added

$ host -t txt key2max.com
key2max.com descriptive text "verified-for-netlify"

but the required record is non-existent.

$ host -t txt verified-for-netlify.key2max.com
Host verified-for-netlify.key2max.com not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

TXT @ verified-for-netlify.key2max.com
