After creating a new account and clicking on the emailed link for verification, I was stuck on a loading screen. I tried logging in and was instead shown a page that said my account was already suspended for suspicious activity, and to quickly reclaim the account by clicking on the link sent to my email, only the email never arrived. This has to be a misunderstanding as there was no suspicious activity whatsoever. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
