Add custom IDN domain

Cannot add custom IDN domain with Cyrillic characters

To Reproduce

  1. Open app.netlify.com
  2. Go to “Domain settings”
  3. Click “Add custom domain”
  4. Type “mydomain.рф” in the text input
  5. Characters “рф” are not entered

Expected behavior
All characters are entered, IDN domain successfully added

Fixed by adding punycode encoded domain
