Hi, my account was suspended this morning and my sites now return a “Not Found” from the Netlify. I emailed support the same morning and haven’t heard back yet.

I don’t know what triggered the suspension. I haven’t had a policy or billing notice explaining it. Could someone point me to the specific reason so I can address it?
I also have a domain registered through Netlify ([DOMAIN]) that I now can’t manage. If the account can’t be restored quickly, I need to at least reach the DNS settings, or get the domain unlocked with its auth code so it isn’t stuck.
The sites are a small business marketing site and a static trading-education site. Both plain static exports, no serverless. Happy to provide anything else needed.
