Account Recovery & DNS Management for Suspended Team Account

I’m experiencing issues with accessing a suspended Netlify team account. Here’s the situation:

  1. I previously had a team account associated with my email address
  2. The account was suspended due to non-payment of domain subscription renewals
  3. Thinking I had lost access, I created a new account
  4. I can now see my suspended sites but cannot access them to either:
  • Renew the domains
  • Or remove the DNS records to purchase new domains

I would like to either:

  • Recover access to my original suspended account, or
  • Get assistance with removing the DNS records so I can purchase new domains
