Where do I put the _redirects file in my site folder

I built my website through webflow and exported the code and added the folder to deploy my site. Where do I add the redirects file so Netlify can read it, most of the documents talk about using GitHub which I am not. My deploy settings show no redirects are coming through:

This is how I set up my website structure, do I need to move my redirects file somewhere else?

hi there, you’ll see some instructions in our docs on where to put that file:

Redirects and rewrites

Keep in mind that the file needs to be _redirects, not _redirects.txt, this is sometimes a mistake folks make.
