I am deploying a multirepo website (can be found here: GitHub - trollepierre/recontact_travel_blog: My traveller's blog )
and I got a warning in my deploy log:
Different publish path detected, going to use the one specified in the Netlify configuration file: ‘front/dist’ versus ‘dist’ in the Netlify UI
to me, Netlify App => publish directory is “front/dist”, perfectly configured.
I don’t know what is wrong with this error. Do you think it can be a bug in Netlify interface?
hi there, first up - warnings are just that, warnings, and they generally don’t make your build crash (which is indeed what happened here - your site built, right?)
can you pop a screenshot of your build settings and also of your netlify.toml please?
yes my site built correctly. But this warning is weird in my opinion:
And my build setting:
Yup, that warning message is confusing and we have an issue filed to get it addressed. Do let us know if your site is not building correctly as a result, please (I think you said it is not?)
The website is building correctly. This is why, this is not a problem to me.
The warning is just annoying noise in my opinion
