neither Confirmation Template nor Recovery Template are opening on click of link in email.
I am not sure if this something from my website is blocking the templates from opening. I tried commenting some code, which I thought my be the culprit, but without success.
Any recommendations?

Could you provide additional information about what you expect to happen? Are you seeing this work locally?

Thanks for the quick respond.
I invited a user through a new email input. Received a confirmation email, clicked on it. This link redirects me to my landingpage (see link in picture) but doesn’t want to open the template. Under Site configurations and the template settings, everything it set under: “Using built-in Confirmation template”.
The work is not seen locally.

Identity is close to deprecation and we currently do not provide support for it. You can continue to use it, but we’d recommend migrating auth to a different platform.
