Urgent account suspension after domain purchase — business site blocked

Hello Netlify Support,

I urgently need assistance restoring access to our Netlify account.

The website was successfully deployed from a private GitHub repository. Shortly after purchasing the custom domain through Netlify, while the domain configuration was still propagating, the account was automatically suspended.

The domain purchase was legitimate. The payment card belongs to the authorized developer who paid for the initial registration on behalf of the business owner. We can privately provide the receipt, payment verification, proof of authorization, business information, and any identity verification required.

We have already contacted Netlify Support but have not received a response. This suspension is preventing us from accessing the project, completing the DNS and SSL configuration, and launching the company’s legitimate business website.

Please urgently:

  1. Review and reactivate the account.

  2. Confirm that the domain purchase was completed successfully.

  3. Preserve the domain, DNS configuration, deployment, and project.

  4. Inform us privately if any billing, identity, or business verification is required.

For security, I am not posting the account email, payment receipt, or billing information publicly. A Netlify staff member may contact me privately through the email associated with this forum account.

Please do not cancel or release the purchased domain while this review is pending.
