Unexpected Black Screen on Netlify-Hosted Site – Mobile Issue or Misconfiguration?

Hi Netlify Community,
After deploying my site on Netlify, I have noticed that some mobile users are experiencing an unexpected black screen during page load, even though desktop views are fine.

I have verified my local build and cleared caches without any luck. Could this be due to a deployment setting or build configuration issue on Netlify? Any insights or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!

I doubt this is a deployment or build config issue. There must be something within the app that is causing this issue. Is there a link users could test themselves? Maybe someone could figure out what the issue is by trying it.
