Trying to access site using domain name purchased on netlify is raising security threats and not opening

So we don’t control cisco umbrella, which looks like a security software. Each security software like this has its own rules on how it blocks websites and procedures to unblock a website. Your best bet is to report this to Cisco Umbrella at the link in your screenshot labeled “Report an incorrect block” to get this block removed.
