I’m considering making a static web page but I have a ton of educational material that I want to share. What are the rules exactly when sharing fair use or otherwise copyright material when I myself wouldn’t be submitting/uploading any such files but would simply be linking to them, which includes but is not limited to research papers, books, free online resources, and various articles?DNS issues?
