Subject: Function Timeout Increase Request

Hi Netlify team,

I’m requesting a function timeout increase for my site.

  • Site name: wecare-pfdev.netlify.app
  • Site ID: 71db2c4a-950b-4b38-b1d8-442aa838b767
  • Plan: Pro

Context: I have functions that are timing out at the default limit. I’m calling Claude which can take longer than the default timeout depending on payload size.

I’ve already configured timeout = 26 in my netlify.toml under the relevant [functions] block, but requests are still timing out at the default limit.

Could you please approve the timeout extension for these functions?
