SSL provisioning stuck — "certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate"

Site: mellow-marshmallow-46b6e0 (Pro plan) Domain: www.casadaeducacao.pt and casadaeducacao.pt

DNS is fully verified. letsdebug.net shows All OK. Site loads correctly over HTTP. But clicking “Provision certificate” returns: “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”

There appears to be a stale/partial certificate record blocking re-provisioning. The “Renew certificate” option is not visible in my dashboard.

Please clear the existing certificate record and force-provision a new Let’s Encrypt certificate.

Hey @DNAVT_Training_Unipe ,
Thanks for reaching out!

Great news: these days anyone can reach out to Netlify Support. First, you can try getting an answer using Ask Netlify, our helpful AI search tool. If your question isn’t answered there, you can submit a ticket using the support form, and we’ll take it from there.

We’re keeping the community around for swapping ideas, sharing tips and tricks, and talking shop with other folks building on the platform — but for support issues, tickets are the way to go.
