Subject: SSL provisioning stuck after DNS fixed - CertAuthorization pending limit
Hi Netlify Support,
My SSL certificate renewal is stuck after a DNS issue was corrected.
Site name:
magical-dusk-7b3973.netlify.app
Custom domains:
sai.nz
www.sai.nz
Current DNS has been verified from my side:
sai.nz A 75.2.60.5
www.sai.nz CNAME magical-dusk-7b3973.netlify.app
The previous conflicting A record has been removed.
UptimeRobot now shows both domains as live, and DNS resolution from PowerShell shows the correct records. However, Netlify still shows:
“SSL Provisioning is temporarily disabled because CertAuthorization is reaching to pending limit.”
Could a Netlify staff member please flush/reset the stuck SSL certificate authorisation state or manually re-trigger certificate provisioning?
