SSL CertAuthorization pending limit — need cert reprovision

Hi Netlify team,

Site: techsimplifiedwebsite.netlify.app
Affected domain alias: techsimplifiednetwork.com

Issue:
SSL provisioning is stuck with this error in the HTTPS panel:
“SSL Provisioning is temporarily disabled because CertAuthorization
is reaching to pending limit.”

What I’ve confirmed:

  • techsimplifiednetwork.com shows Netlify DNS verified (blue checkmark)
  • Browser dev tools confirm Server: Netlify in response headers
  • DNS is correctly pointing to Netlify
  • Clicked Renew certificate — same error returns
  • Removed and re-added the domain alias
  • Flushed Google Public DNS cache for the domain

What I need:
Please repair and reprovision the Let’s Encrypt certificate and
clear the CertAuthorization pending state for techsimplifiednetwork.com.

The site is live and serving correctly via Netlify — this is purely
a certificate provisioning queue issue.

Thank you

Additional context for the engineer:

I wanted to flag that I changed the nameservers for
techsimplifiednetwork.com to Netlify DNS (dns1-4.p05.nsone.net)
in GoDaddy after the domain alias was already added.

The domain now shows a verified blue Netlify DNS checkmark
in Domain Management.

Should I remove and re-add the domain alias to trigger a
fresh certificate authorization attempt, or would you
recommend against that given the pending limit issue?

Happy to follow your guidance before making any further changes.

+1 getting this too - trying to launch a site and getting SSL errors.

Did you manage to fix?
