Hi Netlify Support,
I am having trouble provisioning an SSL certificate for my site. I have already tried using the Ask Netlify chatbot and searching the forums, but it looks like I am hitting a backend bug after a recent DNS migration.
Here is the required information:
-
Netlify Site Name: kmsf-ukk.netlify.app
-
Custom Domain: kmsf.org.uk
-
Error Message: “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”
The Issue: My DNS verification is completely successful and pointing correctly to Netlify. However, when I click the button to provision the Let’s Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate, it fails and gives me the error message above.
It appears there is an existing or stale certificate record stuck on the backend for my domain from before my nameservers fully updated. Could you please clear/reset the TLS/SSL certificate state for this site so I can provision a fresh one?
Thank you!
