I’m having persistent SSL/domain validation issues with my Netlify site despite correct DNS configuration.
Domain:
Current DNS at Namecheap:

A Record @ → 75.2.60.5

A Record @ → 99.83.190.102
-
CNAME www → heartfelt-banoffee-39327d.netlify.app
DNSSEC is disabled.
The site originally provisioned a Let’s Encrypt certificate successfully, but after propagation and troubleshooting, Netlify now reports:
“skproductsolutions.com doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify”
I have:

removed and re-added the domain
-
created a new Netlify project
-
waited overnight
-
confirmed DNS propagation
-
confirmed DNSSEC is off
-
confirmed the DNS records are correct
The issue appears to be a stuck or inconsistent certificate/domain validation state within Netlify.
Can support help clear/reset the SSL/domain validation state for this domain?
