Hi Netlify Support,
I’m having trouble getting an SSL certificate provisioned for my custom domain connected via Netlify DNS.
Domain: cofetariadulcess.ro (and www.cofetariadulcess.ro)
Site: dulcessslatina.netlify.app
I switched the domain’s nameservers from my registrar (Hostico) to Netlify DNS over 24 hours ago. The Domain management page shows both domains under “Netlify DNS” with a green check mark, and DNS verification was successful. However, the SSL/TLS certificate section has been stuck on “Waiting on DNS propagation” for more than 24 hours and has not progressed.
What I’ve checked so far:
- whatsmydns.net shows the domain resolving correctly (via A record) in most global locations, though a few show no result.
- No CAA record exists on the domain that would block Let’s Encrypt.
- I’ve clicked “Verify DNS configuration” multiple times with no change.
Could you please check why the certificate provisioning is stuck, and manually trigger the SSL provisioning if possible?
