Hello Netlify community,
I’m having trouble getting a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain, raahirides.com. The browser’s address bar shows “Not Secure,” and in the Netlify dashboard under “SSL/TLS certificate,” I see this message:
“Waiting on DNS propagation
We’ll provision your Let’s Encrypt certificate automatically once the DNS configuration for your custom domain is pointing to our servers and the changes have propagated.”
When I click “Verify DNS configuration,” it says:
“DNS verification was successful
If provisioning your certificate takes longer than 24 hours, please read our troubleshooting guide.”
Its been more than 24hrs since I made the DNS changes, but everything else (like the initial setup and DNS verification) happened very quickly. I’m wondering why the SSL certificate process seems to be taking longer than expected, even though the DNS verification passed without any issues. I have also validated DNSChecker and everything looks correct.
Could someone please help me understand what might be causing this delay or suggest any additional steps I should take? Thank you!
