SSL certificate missing www subdomains across multiple custom domains

Hi Netlify team,

I’m having an issue with my SSL certificate not covering the www versions of my custom domains, causing visitors to see a “connection is not private” warning when visiting the www versions.

Current certificate covers:

  • The apex versions of all three of my custom domains

Missing from certificate:

  • The www versions of all three custom domains

Setup:

  • One primary domain with www prefix
  • One domain redirecting to primary
  • Two domain aliases

DNS is correctly configured for all domains at GoDaddy:

  • A record pointing to the correct Netlify load balancer IP for all apex domains
  • CNAME www pointing to my Netlify subdomain for all domains

I have already tried clicking Renew certificate multiple times but the wwwsubdomains are still not being added to the certificate.

Could you please contact me via email or private message so I can share my site name and Project ID securely, and then force-reprovision the certificate to cover all domains and their www versions?
