My SSL certificate for wilscocoffee.com has expired and won’t renew.
- Netlify site name: wilscocoffee.netlify.app
- Custom domain: wilscocoffee.com
- Error:
Acme::Client::Error::RateLimited: too many failed authorizations (5) for *.wilscocoffee.com
The rate limit expiry (2026-05-26 05:53:39 UTC) has already passed but clicking “Renew Certificate” does nothing — the same error stays.
DNS setup in Namecheap:
- ALIAS @ → apex-loadbalancer.netlify.com
- CNAME www → wilscocoffee.netlify.app
- No AAAA records, no CAA records, no DNSSEC
Site is currently showing “Your connection is not private” to all visitors which is affecting my business.
Could someone please manually trigger certificate provisioning for wilscocoffee.com?
