SSL Certificate - "DNS verification failed" Despite Passing All External Checks

Hello Support Team, I am unable to provision an SSL certificate for my custom domain www.aeroaxen.com due to a persistent "DNS verification failed" error. My Netlify site name is zippy-custard-30a28c.netlify.app. I have followed all troubleshooting steps, and all external checks confirm my DNS configuration is correct:

* My registrar (Squarespace) is correctly pointed to the Netlify nameservers.

* Global DNS checkers confirm the nameservers have fully propagated .

* The Let's Debug tool reports "All OK!" for my domain, proving it is ready for a certificate.

* I have waited over 24 hours and tried deleting/re-adding the domain.

The error appears to be a stuck or cached issue within the Netlify dashboard. Could a support engineer please investigate and manually reset the DNS verification for my domain?

Thank you.

It seems to be resolved. Are you still having any issues?

Dear Hrishikesh,

The issue persists, and the website continues to display as HTTP rather than HTTPS when I search for “aeroaxen.” I have not yet received the SSL certificate.

The domain in question is aeroaxen.com

I’m not seeing the issue:

Your site is working fine

Dear Hrishikesh,

I am pleased to confirm that the website is now functioning correctly. However, I am still awaiting the TLS SSL certificate.

Could you please provide an update regarding the issuance of the TLS SSL certificate?

Hi, @Punithkm5501. The screenshot you shared shows SSL configured successfully as of 2025-09-21. What seems to the the issue?
