Need extended function timeout

We are experiencing issues with function timeout:
LambdaTimeout - 2024-07-04T09:03:44.241Z c9dd74e8-ea0e-4148-a076-8e28c7e44fe3 Task timed out after 10.02 seconds
We would need you to extend this timeout to 30 sec.
checked function logs:
Jul 5, 02:46:39 PM: 02be0250 ERROR Task timed out after 10.02 seconds
Also note that at the same time the site opens in another browser on the same machine.
Strangely enough page worked in other browser on the same machine so we tried and cleared all site data. That worked: I hope it helps anyone else.
On this note I really question what kind bug you have on this platform that this can happen.
