Site won't reploy through GitHub repo, but I could do when I tried manually with drag and drop

I am having difficulty to deploy my site through GitHub repo. I have tried every possible solution that others suggested, but didn’t get the result that I wanted. When I deployed it manually with drag and drop I got working site.

The site name for the working files is: [https://serene-praline-99ca0e.netlify.app/login ]

The site name for the non-working files that have been linked to my git repo of the same files is : [https://taupe-lokum.netlify.app/].

I tried to deploy another GitHub repo, but they all failed .

It would be great to be able to link GitHub so that I can have continuous deployment. Thank you for your help!
