Site not updating changes made via Github

Hey there, I have a site hosted on Netlify. When I make changes it’s not updating. What could be the issue?

Hi to deploy via github you need to configure your site for Continuous deployment. Can you take a look at our docs page below and see if this helps? Once configured your site should be able to update with every new commit.
