in trying to use netlify dev and store env variables both in the project and in team settings, my account is able to run netlify dev and all the shared env variables are injected. however, the other user on the account runs netlify dev on his machine and only project env variables are injected. we both have the latest version of netlify-cli and I have had him unlink/link and logout/in from the command line. can’t figure out why he’s not getting the shared env variables injected.
