Server end test if there was a downtime please This is just analytics

We have tested our web app, which is hosted in netlify, by sending the heavy traffic. Now we wanted to know the details if any server down occurred when the test has conducted.
I’m new to netlify to check all these details.
Could anyone please suggest / help me with this?
