What if my account gets suspended from netlify forums? how can i request anything then? how can i recover?

Your forums account won’t be suspended unless you try to spam.

An account has suspended, which did not spammed but shared multiple requests in stress. Can it be unsuspended? That account sent multiple in impatience and will not do in future. can it be?

If the account was deleted for spam, it’s most likely gone. We delete all the posts and the user.

Can’t we recreate user account? Can user be allowed to use forums again?

The IP and email gets blocked, you can use a different one.
