Python / Json availability for netlify starter (free) users

Good morning.
Fisrt of all, I’m a newbie… so, please forgive obvious questions.
Does netlify suppor Python 3 and Django for basic users?
If so, is ther eany tutorial on how to use it with netlify? Or just upload code and that’s all?

@osposto Netlify supports python at build time, but you cannot host a python based webserver.
