My team “MSt” (Free plan) shows the banner “MSt is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused,” but Usage & Billing shows credits available for the current billing period. This looks like the known stuck credit-flag bug reported by other Free plan teams this month. Team: MSt. Site: mstnotes. Please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys.
Still seeing this issue a day later - just tried netlify deploy --prod again and got the same JSONHTTPError: Forbidden. Usage & Billing still shows credits available. Would appreciate a look at this when possible.
