Hello Netlify team,
My team “charly260390’s team” (Free plan) is showing the banner “charly260390’s team is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused”, but my Usage & Billing page shows 29.9/30 credits available (billing period Aug 11 – Sep 10), labeled as “Operational credits” granted August 11, 2026, expiring September 11, 2026.
This looks like the known July/August 2026 stuck credit-flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams on this forum, where production deploys and Agent Runners are blocked even though the team still has a full/near-full credit balance.
Could you please reset the stuck flag and re-enable production deploys and Agent Runners for my team?
