Hello Netlify Support,
I own the domain swellfilmes.com.br, registered at Registro.br. When I try to add it to my Netlify site, I get this error:
“swellfilmes.com.br or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I do not have access to the team where this DNS zone currently lives — it is a stale/orphaned zone from a past setup. The domain’s DNS is currently hosted at Registro.br (not Netlify), so the zone is not in active use.
To prove ownership, I have added the following TXT record at my registrar:
- Host: netilify.swellfilmes.com.br
- Value: verified-for-netlify
My current Netlify site: swellfilmes1.netlify.app
Could you please remove/release the stale DNS zone so I can add this domain to my account? Thank you very much.
