Please release resmly.com - managed by Netlify DNS on another team (former Bolt.new domain)

Hi Netlify Support,

I am trying to add my domain resmly.com to my Netlify project sweet-daffodil-579673, but I get the error: “resmly.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”

Background: the domain was originally purchased through Bolt.new (StackBlitz), whose Bolt Cloud hosting runs on Netlify infrastructure. The domain has since been fully transferred to my own Name.com registrar account (I am the registrant), and I removed it from my Bolt project; Bolt also canceled my domain subscription on their side. However, Bolt’s leftover Netlify DNS zone for resmly.com still blocks me from adding the domain to my own project. I have emailed Bolt support twice asking them to delete that zone, with no response so far, and my site is currently down on its custom domain.

I control the domain’s DNS at Name.com (nameservers ns1-ns4.name.com, registered under my account) and I can prove ownership: I will add a TXT record verified-for-netlify with this thread’s URL as the value right after posting (or any other verification you prefer).

Could you please verify ownership and release/delete the stale DNS zone for resmly.com so I can add it to my project?

Update: the ownership-proof TXT record is now live.

Host: verified-for-netlify.resmly.com

Type: TXT

Value: this thread’s URL

You can confirm with dig TXT ``verified-for-netlify.resmly.com.

Also for context: Bolt.new support (Alan) confirmed by email today that they attempted to remove the leftover DNS zone on their side, but the error still persists when I try to add the domain to my project, so the zone appears to still exist on Netlify’s side. Happy to provide anything else you need. Thank you!

Background: the domain was originally purchased through Hostinger. The domain has since been fully transferred to my own name on hostinger panel. I have the full access to it and currently iam trying to link “neonbill.in” with my new netlify project which is https://neonbill.netlify.app/ so that the site runs on my custom domain.

I control the domain’s DNS at Hostinger.com (nameservers artemis.dns-parking.com ,

hermes.dns-parking.com, registered under my account) and I can prove ownership: I will add a TXT record verified-for-netlify with this thread’s URL as the value right after posting (or any other verification you prefer).

Could you please verify ownership and release/delete the stale DNS zone for neonbill.in so I can add it to my project?
