Please release domain mmcservicios.es - verified-for-netlify TXT record already added

Hi, I need help releasing a domain.

I’m trying to add mmcservicios.es to my site (ID: fe602f9f-8d2d-4653-aab1-55ce499e1ed3) but I get the error “Another project is already using this domain”.

I’ve already added the verified-for-netlify TXT record at my DNS provider (confirmed by my registrar SEMSEO).

Could a Netlify staff member please release this domain so I can add it to my site?

Bumping this request — it’s been 3 days with no response. The verified-for-netlify TXT record has been confirmed by our DNS provider SEMSEO. I’m haivng the same issue here what kind of nonesnse is that , i was told they gonna send an agent right away but they’ve not reply to my email for days like what the hell?
