Please release amazingworld.app from another Netlify account

  • Hello,
  • I’m trying to add the custom domain amazingworld.app to my Netlify project “amazing-world-web” (team: scaf), but I get the error “Another project is already using this domain.”
  • I own this domain — it was registered/acquired through IONOS. I don’t know who the previous Netlify account holder was; it must be a leftover from a previous owner of the domain.
  • Netlify site name: amazing-world-web.netlify.app
  • I will add the required “verified-for-netlify” TXT record at my DNS provider (IONOS) with the value pointing to this post, to prove ownership. Could a Netlify staff member please release amazingworld.app so I can add it to my project?
