Hi @kparis , Thanks for providing the site name. Are you still having issues? I’m not seeing any timeouts in the function log. Could you provide steps to reproduce the issue? Or a screenshot of the error you’re seeing? Also have you gone through the Support Guide previously mentioned?

Hi thanks, yes please go to a product and click on a size, then preorder and add a fake email you’ll see it in the logs.
