My name is Tania, and I’m part of the community team here at Netlify. Nice to meet ya. I’m here posting a key update to moderation and safety guidelines for this forum!
To keep the conversation flowing, and empower you all to be able to share tips, ask questions, and get help from one another, there are new moderation tools and rules in place to help keep this space safe:
- If you need urgent account support, be sure to open a support ticket. While the Netlify team makes time whenever possible to review posts here, the support team can best help you with account issues within a support ticket.
- New users that just signed up, need to wait before they can post. This is to help prevent spam, and give your posts the spotlight to get the replies and help you need.
- Available tags will be updated so that you can rest assured you’re using the best tags to help everyone else know exactly what your post is about.
