                >
                    <div class="row justify-content-center mb-3">

Greetings @MJ-Jess! :wave:t2:

And welcome to The Forums :slight_smile:

Upon loading your public-facing page and inspecting the markup, I found that your hidden input actually has no value. Netlify Forms probably won’t register the field as coming in if it has no value at all.

Thank’s for the answer @jonsully , I’ve set the value to default just for test, but doesn’t work :frowning:
Deploy log:

10:29:01 AM: Processing form - botvendas-register
10:29:01 AM: Detected form fields:
10:29:01 AM:  - name
10:29:02 AM:  - phone
10:29:02 AM:  - email

Sorry for the english :grimacing:

Hi there, @MJ-Jess :wave: ,

Thanks for reaching out! Would you be able to post your most recent HTML form code one more time please so that we can take a look.

-Hillary

Hey @MJ-Jess! Can you re-deploy your site with a different form-name? Sometimes changing the name resets the form system and catches new fields. Worth a shot!

Agreed with @hillary here though — if you could post your most recent HTML and elaborate on which SSG you’re using, that too would be helpful :+1:t2:

Thanks @jonsully @hillary ,
It worked changing form-name :grin:
